BURNING SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING AT ALL TIMES:

*Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations, *PER CITY ORDINANCE SECTION 10-38 IT SHALL BE ANLAWFUL TO BURN WITHOUT PERMIT ISSUED. , *Permitted types of burning for the City of Dublin as defined by State of Georgia Department of EPD, BURN TYPE 11 OR 13 https://epd.georgia.gov/air-protection-brance/open-burning-rules-georgia/burn-types, *Required use of an air curtain separator, blower, or other means to mitigate the amount of smoke that settles into the City. The burning official shall confer with Georgia Forestry Commission (478) 984-5782 to ensure burning is recommended on the day of burning, a permit does not relieve the property owner or burning official of any liability for fire escaping, property damaged, or accident caused by smoke obscuring vision. All burning should be completed by End Date at sundown. The City maintains the right to order a stop burning at any tie for any reason. , *PROHIBITED TO BURN ANY ILLIGAL MATERIALS

AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW ALL REQUIREMENTS:

By completing and submitting this form, the applicant understands and agrees to the rules and regulations regarding open burning. Even if you follow all of the guidelines for open burning, you may be required to extinguish the fire if it adversely interferes with another's enjoyment of life, use of property, or if someone with a health problem is affected. During the burning period, local fire officials may prohibit open burning at any time when atmospheric conditions or local circumstances make burning hazardous.
