City Parks Plan

The Parks Master Plan is an ambitious and comprehensive strategy to improve the parks and recreational facilities in our city. Council adopted and approved this plan at the City Council meeting on March 7, 2024, which is a vital step towards creating a better and more enjoyable experience for our citizens and visitors.

The Maypop Collaborative has worked tirelessly to evaluate our existing city parks, gather community input, and create a plan that is designed specifically for Dublin and its citizens. The plan includes a prioritization of implementation and a goal of completion by 2040, subject to funding.

We are already taking steps to implement this plan. A playground vendor has been contacted for playground equipment at Pritchett, Stubbs, Hilburn, and Springdale, and two purchases related to work at Springdale and Stubbs are on the agenda.
