Duties and Responsibilties 
Per the City of Dublin Charter, the City Clerk shall be responsible for keeping minutes of the proceedings of the Mayor and Council, shall be the custodian of all records and documents pertaining to actions of the Mayor and Council, and shall exercise those powers and perform those duties required by law and by the Mayor and Council. The City Clerk shall attest all formal contracts executed on behalf of the city. The City Clerk also serves as Municipal Election Superintendent.

Council Agendas, Minutes, & Meetings
Under the direction of the City Manager, the City Clerk prepares an agenda, reports adjustments to City Council meeting schedules, acts as recorder during council meetings, and distributes all notices to the public.
