Assistant Human Resources Director

Description
The Assistant Human Resources Director will support and oversee the organization’s Human Resources functions to include HRIS applications, regulatory compliance, benefit administration, and safety programs. Work is performed under general supervision with knowledge of administrative policies and procedures at the direction of the Human Resources Director.
The position is an exempt position with a salary range of $60,442 - $93,685 based on experience. An extensive fringe benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance is also offered.

Minimum Requirements
The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or at least five years of related experience required, with at least one year in a supervisory position preferred. Applicants should have a combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. SHRM-CP OR SHRM-SCP is highly desirable. Applicants must possess a valid Georgia Driver’s License and pass a drug screen.
