The City of Dublin Waste Water Plant operates, monitors, maintains, and trouble-shoots the wastewater treatment facility and its processes. Such processes include responsibility for plant operations, compliance with state and federal operating regulations, and the city's underground sewer system. Work is performed with considerable independence under the direction of the Chief Operator; however, Waste Water Plant employees are subject to review through reports and results achieved. The Waste Water Plant is led by WSTP Superintendent, Unrico Nesbitt.
